Homemade Falafel

This was a delicious meal!  I recommend the recipe.  We didn't make the yogurt dipping sauce to go along with it, but I would do that next time.  They were good with store-bought hummus though.  I also want to try to bake them next time instead of frying them in oil in a pan.  Not that I don't love the taste of fried food!

  1. I've done them in the broiler before and they worked really well -- still nice and crispy. Dude, the yogurt is a must. Plain yogurt with dill is the bombest!
